The platform operates an affiliate programme covering all of its services — cleaning, moving/removals, and vehicle delivery. Affiliates earn a commission at the rate published in the affiliate portal at the time the booking is made (5% currently) on the eligible booking amount for each new customer they refer who completes and pays for a job in any service, subject to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete information during signup. The platform may approve or reject any application at its discretion. Individuals are typically approved automatically; businesses, estate agents, and influencers are subject to review.
You will receive a unique referral link and code. Attribution is applied when a referred customer books through your link or enters your code, within 30 days of their first click on your link. Only one affiliate may be credited per booking. Where a customer arrives through multiple links, the most recent eligible link applies, unless the customer enters a code at checkout, which takes priority.
Commission is the rate published in your affiliate portal at the time of booking (5% currently) on the eligible booking amount — the amount the customer actually paid for the booked service after discounts, excluding VAT and other taxes, tips, and fees. Commission is earned only after the job is completed, confirmed, and the customer's payment has settled. Commission is held for 14 days after settlement before becoming payable. The platform may change the rate from time to time; changes apply only to bookings made after the change and will be shown in your portal before they take effect.
Commission is earned on the referred customer's first completed, paid booking only.
Commissions are paid monthly by bank transfer to your verified payout details, once your approved balance is at least 25 in the booking currency. You are responsible for providing and keeping your payout details accurate. You are responsible for any taxes due on commission you earn; the platform does not withhold tax. Payments may be delayed if payout details are unverified.
If a customer receives a refund, cancels, or a booking is found to be fraudulent, the related commission is reversed. If commission has already been paid, the reversed amount is deducted from your future commissions.
You may promote your link through lawful channels, including social media, email to people you know, printed flyers, and business communications. You must not: spam; misrepresent the platform or its prices; bid on the platform's brand name in paid search; use misleading claims; or promote in a way that damages the platform's reputation. Affiliates using paid advertising must be approved for it first.
You may not earn commission on your own bookings, bookings by your household, or your own business. The platform may suspend accounts and reverse commissions where self-referral or duplicate accounts are detected.
The platform records referral clicks, bookings, and commissions tied to your affiliate ID, and uses this to operate the programme and detect fraud. The platform does not share customers' personal details with affiliates. Affiliate personal data is handled under the platform's Privacy Policy.
The platform may suspend or terminate your affiliate account and reverse commissions if you breach these terms, commit fraud, or damage the platform's reputation. You may stop promoting at any time and may close your account by contacting support; commissions already approved for payout will be paid.
The platform may change commission rates, the eligibility rules, or these terms, and will notify you by email before changes take effect for future referrals. Existing approved commissions are unaffected.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
