How it works
STEP 01
Apply as an individual, estate agent, property manager or influencer. Once your account is approved, you’re ready to start referring.
STEP 02
Introduce OKMONKEYS using your personal referral link, code or QR code, through conversations, client communications or content.
STEP 03
Your referral books an eligible service. Commission is linked to successful completion, not just a booking or enquiry.
STEP 04
After the job is successfully completed, the 14-day review period allows time for disputes, refunds or other issues to be raised and reviewed.
STEP 05
Once the review period has ended, payment has settled and any outstanding issues have been resolved, your commission becomes eligible for the applicable payout cycle.

When do you get paid?
Here’s the payment journey in plain English.
A booking alone does not make commission payable.
The qualifying job must be successfully completed.
A 14-day review period follows completion.
This gives time for disputes, refund requests and other issues to be reviewed.
Customer payment must have settled.
Unsettled payments or unresolved disputes can delay payout eligibility.
Eligible commission enters the payout process.
Payment follows the programme’s payout schedule, minimum balance and payout-verification requirements.
